Pipe & Modular Fabrication
Scheck Industries fabrication facilities provide the Company a platform
for growth and the scale to manage multiple capital projects while driving
production with a core team in a state-of-the-art controlled and efficient
manufacturing environment. In 2008, Scheck Industries expanded its fabrication
capabilities by opening an additional fabrication facility in Joliet,
Illinois near the Company’s headquarters 40 miles southwest of Chicago
strategically located in a national distribution and transportation hub.
Scheck continues to invest which results in more efficient service while lowering
pricing to our clients Scheck Industries Fabrication facilities provide
improved service by utilizing composite crews in controlled facilities
in lieu of field fabrication.
Both facilities currently work under the U.A. National Pipe Fabrication
Agreement, and are Charter Members of the Pipe Fabrication Institute. Scheck
Industries holds the following stamps for work at both locations: “U”,
“R”, “S”, “PP”. The facilities are equipped to perform associated production
such as; Non Destructive Examination, Hydrostatic Testing, painting, and
post-weld heat treatment. Scheck Industries maintains a policy of providing
fabrication facilities to their own specific projects, allowing both fabrication
facilities to offer incredible flexibility for both production and delivery
schedules.
Our technical expertise demonstrated by a core and tenured management team
applies to a variety of products all of which we are equipped to fabricate.

TESTIMONIALS
“When I saw each pipe spool had the distinctive bright yellow UA Union
label and the Scheck Tag attached, I knew these guys were proud of themselves,
their Union Brotherhood and the Company. Also, I knew the UA Label Represents
a great deal of training by their local union to get these craftsmen to
a higher level of workmanship which was made evident to me by the excellent
welds on each and every pipe spool.”
