Toys for Tots Program has distributed
more than 370 million toys to more
than 173 million needy children
over the past 59 years. The Scheck
Industries 2008 holiday party collected
several hundred unwrapped children's
toys for this charity. Toys fi lled the
vestibule of the Red Lacquer room
at the Palmer House Hilton Hotel
in Chicago where guests danced the
night away. The Scheck Family began
its campaign to assist the U.S. Marine
Corps in its Toys for Tots program
nearly 10 years ago. The company
is proud to continue to make the
holidays special for underprivileged
children across the country.
its people are renowned for their crab catching expertise. Held in Queens Park,
Fresh Creek, Andros Crab Fest is an annual event which nearly triples the
island's population as tourists and locals fl ock to enjoy three days of festivities.
Events include the cultural crab show, crab culinary contest, and Rake-N-Scrape
music. Scheck Industries was the proud sponsor of the crab habitat display
for 2008. The 2009 Crab Fest is scheduled for June 11-14.

the Scheck's "Final Four" and arrived prior to March Madness!
