Celgene (Abraxis BioScience)
Scheck Industries was contracted to build a new production facility for Abraxis BioScience which was subsequently acquired by pharmaceutical giant Celegne for $2.9 billion. Abraxis BioScience manufactures a blood thinning drug at the facility. Scheck acted as the prime mechanical contractor running the two phase project for 8 months. The project required ultra-pure orbital welding in place.
