

Steve had been in management roles in heavy industrial construction for the
last 27 years with major Construction Companies. His expertise includes the
following: management of new power generation projects, iron and steel, and
industrial process industries. Steve has an extensive background in directing
construction and repair operations. He is well known throughout the heavy industrial
construction sector as detail-oriented manager with skills in project management,
construction management, budgeting, scheduling and implementation of team efforts.
Steve has been with Scheck Industrial Corporation for the last seven years as
Vice President of Operations. He is responsible for the operation of the entire
Scheck Industrial Corporation and all of its facilities. Steve has been instrumental
in developing, implementing, and maintaining project controls for a major boiler
construction, maintenance and repair corporation. With Steve at the helm, Scheck
Industrial Corporation has grown steadily over the last seven years. As a veteran
in capital construction working with organized labor he has cultivated a management
style emphasizing a teaming approach with trade craft and management by inclusiveness
from planning to completion.
Steve has held the following leadership roles: Chairman of Employer Negotiating
Committee-Boilermakers Local 363 in Belleville, Illinois, and Chairman Boilermakers
Local 363 Local Joint Apprenticeship Committee. He has been a member of Boilermakers
Local 27 Local Apprenticeship Board, Boilermakers Great Lakes Apprenticeship
Committee and National Association of Construction Boilermaker Employers.
